Habit-forming behavior change doesn’t happen overnight. How long it takes will vary widely depending on the person, circumstances, and complexity of the goal. Your plan will be based on your values and your definition of health. We will create small, manageable goals to set you on the rewarding path to health and wellness.

The New Client Plan

With me by your side, I want you to commit to 3 months of consistent goal setting and behavior change. In our first session, we will do a deep dive into your lifestyle, goals, and overall readiness for change. The following sessions will focus on more goal setting, accountability, and fine-tuning those changes based on life circumstances. Let’s face it, life often throws us punches but it’s all about getting back up into the game. Progress over perfection!

Session 1: What to expect

  • 60-minute virtual meeting
  • Lifestyle assessment
  • Dietary Assessment
  • Health and Wellness vision to create a roadmap for goal setting
  • Initial SMART Goals to get you up and running
  • Implement an accountability system to assure success

All other sessions

  • 30-45 minute virtual meeting 
    • We will meet once per week for the first month
    • every other week for month 2 and 3
  • Continue following a health and wellness roadmap for goal setting
  • Tweak SMART goals to build on healthy behaviors
  • Review accountability system and make changes if needed

Continuing Client Program

Now you are on your way with new healthy habits and you’ve covered some serious ground towards your end goals. Many people still like to have that extra accountability to someone and have a soundboard for tips and ideas for continued success. The Continuing Client Program allows you to keep meeting with me every other week (more often if needed) to maintain your progress. You’ll still have access to all the resources provided in the New Client Program.
